Viking Pest Control

The last several times I spoke with Joshua at the message center, I was greeted warmly and was stricken by his courtesy and professionalism. The manner of conversation was friendly and productive. At the last several home visits, James McCusker was our technician. Again, my wife and I were tremendously impressed with his friendliness and professionalism, listening to our concerns and conducting a thorough search of those areas that we singled out. My hope is that you will recognize these two valuable professionals who work for Viking Pest Control. In an age of technology, where anonymity and impersonalization , where face-to-face or human-to-human communication have become obsolete, it is comforting to know that there are still some companies, like Viking, that care about their clientele,

Bob with Viking Pest was extremely personable and thorough with his service. He was very professional and considerate, including wearing booties over his boots to prevent tracking in snow, salt, and mud. Highly recommend!

We have had a contract with Viking for about 1.5 years. My only problem with them I have no idea when my next inspection is I only get a text the day before saying we are scheduled. I called to ask a time frame and was told between 9 and 5. That is not acceptable. They did have the staff member who was coming call and text us and he did call 1/2 hour before he was coming. The man did a great job on inspecting our home from any bugs or other intruders. I received a full review of the inspection via my email and their app just about immediately when the job was done.

TJ did an excellent job when he did my home inspection. He was very professional polite, and conscientious in the worked he performed.

Trey was wonderful. He took his time answering my questions about my situation and provided good advice on how to help with the situation.
