I’ve worked with this CBM three separate times over the past couple years, and each experience has been excellent. About two years ago, I first called them for a heating system service which quickly restored the heat in my home. Later, they came out to repair a worn-out pole contactor. Most recently, a busted coil caused a leak that led to a full AC system replacement—and they handled it all flawlessly. The removal of the old AC and installation of the new one was impressively fast and clean, with no disruption or mess. Even though I live in Gloucester County, I chose a company outside my area based on reviews—and I’m glad I did. During the most recent Cold. Period we experienced our heater breaking down and not working. Our neighbor recommended CBM who sent a worker to assess our problem and less than one hour time. They were here. After assessing what was wrong with our heater and ordering the replacement part we were told that we would hear from them shortly afterwards, and someone would come. To replace the part, another worker was sent to our home with the part that we need it before 3 PM. Our heater was up and running. The price was satisfactory and the service was exceptional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in the of heating repair or service.

When my furnace failed overnight, I went on a hunt for a company that had expertise with Rheem furnaces. The company that installed it originally was out of Philly so I found C.B.M. Heating & Air Conditioning locally. I was surprised at how responsive they were having a technician come by within a couple hours. Eddie quickly diagnosed the issue as a blower failure that needed replacement. He also suggested that I consider replacing the furnace due to the age and wear (going on 20 yrs). I received quotes for both and decided to go with the blower replacement. After the blower was ordered and received, they sent a team of two techs to install it. The install went smoothly. Carl the owner is very professional, he has a friendly personality and seems to genuinely care about his clients. The installers of my water heater & HVac System was also friendly and personable! They explained to me all the questions I ask regarding the how to change the temp on the water heater and where the shut off valves are located. They also explained how to change the HVac filter, and the on/off switch for the unit. The office manager was very pleasant and easy to talk too. I would highly recommend this company Ang give them a five star ⭐️ rating.

I am so happy I found CBM. I became disillusioned with the company I had been using for 20 years and called CBM. The gentleman who answered the phone was so patient and informative I was taken in right away. When the service men came to my home to winterize my system and clean the dryer vents they were professional, polite and knowledgeable!! They showed me something that was not done correctly by the builder of the home but that my prior heating company should have corrected! CBM explained the problem and how correcting it will strengthen my 3 year old system to last. I was able to get an appointment within the week, they arrived when they said they would and handled everything to my complete satisfaction. So thankful I switched to CBM.
