Chris from Filan & Conner Plumbing was Awesome!!!! We had a pipe burst and he came immediately and spent almost all day getting everything all fixed up. Along with the pipe burst we had 2 sump pumps filled and not working. He replaced both. He went over and beyond and I was so grateful for his skill and dedication. He put me at ease and explained everything to me in detail. He was patient and answered all my questions and kept me fully informed of what he would be doing. His helper Dillon was a terrific assistant!

Filan & Conner consistently provides great service. Today, Chris arrived promptly and was courteous, friendly, and genuinely personable. We had a pipe burst from the cold, and while the job had a few surprises, he took the time to explain everything clearly every step of the way — what he’d done, what he found, and what the next steps were — until it was fully resolved. It never felt like an impersonal interaction with a big company; instead, he treated us like people and made sure we understood and felt comfortable throughout the process.

I highly recommend this company. Finally accompany that is friendly and accommodating and cares about my issue I had no heat and it was a Saturday and they were the only company that responded and came out and helped and fix my heat. I can’t express how friendly and kind this company is. The technician’s name was Willy and he was so friendly. He explained everything he was doing . So many companies I have called or dealt with or just pretty rude. I highly recommend this company again, just because of their friendliness, their professionalism, their kindness. I cannot say enough about this company and there’s technician it was the best experience I’ve had ever. Don’t hesitate to call them and if I need them again, I’m gonna call them and ask for Willie cause he was awesome

I called Filan and Conner plumbing to replace 3 sump pumps…. Buck came out and Give a fair price great recommendations and did quality work. I highly recommend him.

What can I say?! We have been using Filan & Conner at our residence for almost 10 years now. My husband initially suggested I call them because he used them at his work facility and could not praise them more. They have done a number of plumbing jobs and installed our new HVAC and water heater. We have been very happy with every employee, particularly Buck, Mark and Chris. They are always friendly and professional and truly know their craft. We highly recommend their business!
