Atwell Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

In 2024 Atwell did maintenence on a Daikin mini-split in my small rural home near Angleton. Techician showed up near the time and was very polite. On the visit, he did some cleaning of inside portion of unit. Cleaned exterior portion. Identified broken parts which caused the vanes not moving. Atwell committed to ordering the parts. I called back several times over the next weeks and months, but they did not have the parts. Unit works without vanes moving. In the meantime, the unit needed cleaning again. So contacted Atwell to do maintenance on 05Dec25. Technician with phone number from AL Smith AC and Heating showed up on time, told me it was his day off and how he probably should not have stopped by the job Atwell was on and wound up being handed my work order. Amazing same day service! I called to get my new smart thermostat installed in the morning and they were able to come out and help that afternoon! Justin was quick, efficient, and professional when installing it. Once installation was complete he actually took the time to explain step by step on how to use the system via home hub and the phone app. The price for service wasn't outrageous and I will definitely be using Atwell Air Conditioning & heating again. Called today for an AC ssrvice and to check a posdible clogged drain line. Justin and his son came out quickly. Fixed me up in no time. Very glad I went with a local and licensed. Will use again.
