After calling 3 other companies in which two didn’t even show up & the third company said it would be 4-6 weeks before a new door would be available I called Augusta Garage Door & they said they would be out the very next day with a new door! They showed up on time, installed the new door in a few hours & took care of getting rid of our old door! On top of that they were $500 cheaper than the company that said it would be 4-6 week wait! All around great experience & fast turn around time I highly recommend Augusta Garage Door! Looks great thanks again!
Just had the spring replaced on my garage door. Talked to the shop at around 930, tech was here by 2pm. Fixed by 218pm. They are quick, friendly and professional. Would use them whenever I need that type of service. Anytime! Very pleased with the service. I rent and the landlord had let the issue go on for over a month.
Responded almost immediately to my service request. Replaced my opener the next day. Great job crew!
Had questions on getting new drive gear for opener. They were very helpful in trying to maneuver their repair tech, already in the field, to provide the needed part. Went out of their way to help out. First class folks. Thanks
