Used MCI to have a professional experience and expertise , was very disappointed. We had so much left over tile, then we’re told we couldn’t return it? Our refund was about 20% of our bill. A substantial amount for using a professional company that does this all the time. Never was I told there were no returns. After over a week of attempts to contact sales person we were able to return unopened boxes. I was given a receipt for the amount of credit I was due, but when the credit came on my credit card it was for less than my receipt. Reached out to salesperson to ask for an explanation. It’s been 3 weeks and I send a follow up request with zero response. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the way we have been treated and the lack of communication. Amazingly nice people. When we ended up a few boards short on a vinyl floor project (we decided to use our leftover planks from a porch project to do a closet), they searched their warehouse for stray pieces and gave (GAVE!) us a couple of boards that were a close enough match to work.
