Patriot Plumbing, Heating, & AC

Patriot Plumbing came out and repaired a leak in a frozen pipe in my home. They arrived on time. Their work was done perfectly! They were also friendly and conversational :) I 100% recommend Patriot Plumbing as the best plumbing company in the Brainerd area!!

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night sometime- we called first thing in the morning and Alex came out quickly and got us back up and running right before this long cold snap! So thankful! Definitely recommend to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment to get a clogged and busted toilet replaced. They showed up before I got home but the wife was home and then they left. I get a call 2 minutes before I arrive home asking me to clean up the CLOGGED and BUSTED toilet for them. Which I agree to do and then I spend the next 2 hours getting my calls completely ignored. Only to receive a text after everyone is closed that they are refusing to do the job and now I can't even call a different company today to fix my toilet. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. Extremely pissed off.

Vaughn helped us out with a boiler and hot water problem. Dain, from Beyond Plumbing, asked him to help figure out our system and to find a solution. They worked together to get it solved in a timely manner when nobody else was able to help us. I would use either one of them again!

Vaughn was AMAZING! He has helped me for many home projects through water heater help when I burnt out a element and then when the HVAC stopped working and then again when the AC stopped working. His prices are incredibly competitive and the work quality is absolutely amazing! He checked in with us to ensure all things were working and he even gave us a tour of the equipment that we just had serviced. On a side note the children absolutely adored him and Alex the other amazing tech we had working our AC install. Then out of the kindness of there hearts, they dropped off a few hats for the kids to enjoy. I would recommend both Vaughn and/or Alex for any and all of your HVAC/Plumbing needs. I for one, will use no one else but Patriot Plumbing!
