Awesome Window Cleaning & More

My review is purely related to service and cannot verify the quality of work as he never came and did anything. I called 2+ weeks ago on a Monday and we scheduled a cleaning for Wednesday. This appointment was cancelled because it was too cold and reschedule for Thursday (next day). This appointment was also cancelled 30 minutes prior to again due to weather. We agreed the weather was tricky so he would come do it weather permitting and he "had the address." 9 days went by with some good weather days and when I called to confirm it was done he had no idea what house I was talking about. When he finally remembered he said they didn't do it and there were a bunch of houses ahead of me, which shocked me as I had called 2 weeks earlier. I said I would have someone else do it. He called me back

Had conversations and he would say he was coming in the afternoon and never showed nor called!! Very frustrating!!

We have used Russ for the last 5 years every year for power washing and windows. We are always very happy with his work and he is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

If the way the two in the van conduct themselves in public is the same way they conduct their business...stay away. Rude and unaware of their rudeness.
