Company does not answer or return calls in timely manner. Rental company states we must use this company or I would have never called in first place Brad showed up late and had an attitude. Obvious he didn't want to be there. When I asked his charges they were double than other well know service companies. Said it was too high and said he could care less and walked out the door. Not his problem. This is first review I have ever written and he was so unprofessional I had to comment

I had a very small two bedroom house with one bath and they charged me 275 dollars. I will never use them again. Only took them about and hour. When I asked why it cost so much the response I got was because that's what it runs and it use to cost more. The guy wouldn't even look me in the eyes when talking to me. The lady you talk to when you call is extremely rude. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

The one star that is on here It is definitely not deserved. This man charged a client for work he did not perform to the tune of $520 and when he was called out on it he lied.He will no longer be working for the landlord of my clients because she was also a witness to his fraudulent activity. See if yourself the money and headaches and contact a reputable company. I am reporting him to the BBB and also decided to file a lawsuit against him. He must not have realized some people do take videos! Don’t call this man he is a fraud

Requested a bid for carpet cleaning (like anyone would), was told that they would definitely not be the cheapest option out there and the lady hung up. I didn't say I was looking for the cheapest vendor, just want to get prices from different companies and choose the best one. I guess they just saved me from wasting my time.

I have used Brad for years and found him the best in the business he has gotten out stains that no one else could and he sanitized as well ll
