Exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Very 'Good Old Boys' energy. They tried to come 2 hours ahead of our scheduled appointment. Insisted that I make myself available early. When they did arrive, before even giving a proper greeting, Mark makes a smart comment about why I must have been busy. I remind them they were early. Then the Father, Bob, barks at me and walks off. They both treated me with complete lack of respect for my time and humanity.

Not all superheroes wear capes! Barry is a real life superhero! Having no heating or hot water in winter as a young family is horrendous. Barry was there late at night, at the weekend, with determination to get our boiler working again. It was not an easy job. Such a lovely, genuine guy - couldn’t recommend Barry enough!

I called BD plumbing today for an emergency call out as I had no hot water, they arrived early and identified the problem with the boiler very quickly and had the part in the van to fix the boiler, so no waiting around. I have used this company before and I can highly recommend them.

Needed my boiler replacing and rang a few plumbers Barry and Tom came out talked me through my options and next day I had a new boiler installed to an amazing standard would definitely recommend 👍👍

Barry came out at short notice on weekend to rectify a gas leak. Very knowledgeable and job done well. Thanks
