Had my pool deck and new liner put in this summer. The workmanship of the kool deck was well below average. They left everything a mess and poured the left over in the middle of my lawn that I was having redone also. I even had to take the 2x4 forms off myself since they forgot to. When putting in the liner, they used shovels to pick up debris under the liner, but I noticed they did not sweep up any small particles or loose rocks. I don't know if they should or not, but common sense says they should. The company is very slow to get back to you when you leave a message, or they don't get back at all so you have to try again. When using their pool service, you have to purchase their chemicals, even if you have the same exact chemicals purchased from another source at a lesser price. Over

Several guys came out to remove my horribly damaged liner. They were awesome — efficient and oh! so nice!

B&M did a great job taking care of our pool! It was very, very gross before they got ahold of it, and now it’s super sparkly clean! Erin did an amazing job keeping us updated on where they were in the process and explaining how to maintain it going forward. Definitely ask for her! Great job, great price, highly recommend! Update: Brayden handled our pump reinstall and was amazing. Super patient and comprehensive in his explanation. Love this place!
