I went to this place to buy a transformer for my furnace they sold me one and showed me how to wire it in with a wiring diagram there service guy wrote up so i installed it exactly to the diagram turned power on it exploded and burnt my thermostat i called them and they said theres nothing you can do about it they would not exchange it out of refund sorry company
