We were wanting to get new duck work installed underneath our home. I called Lovett’s and they had a technician contact me within a day to discuss my issues. Andrew Malone came to my home and talked over everything with me. Andrew even made time during this visit to clean and service my 2 units. Andrew kept in touch with me to keep me up to date on when they would be able to start on our home. Within 2 weeks from the initial visit we have all new duck work!! Andrew’s customer service is top notch and as a customer that means a lot!! My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Lovett Heating and Air and the great job and customer service provided by Andrew!!

Lovett's came out the next day to assess the problem with our unit and were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They were very professional and explained what was happening so that I could understand. They're very efficient and affordable. I will recommend them to anyone I hear of who needs heating and air services in the future.

Our church had some problems with the HVAC system at our parsonage a few months ago. We called Lovett Heating and Air, and they came out right away, made the repairs quickly and professionally, and at a very fair price. We highly recommend Lovett when you need this type of work. I'm a member of the Board of Trustees of our church, and we were well-pleased with their work.

Lovett heat & air is definitely the bomb. I had 2 other a/c dealers come out and all they wanted to do was add Freon and I asked please find the leak. All they wanted was for me to replace my whole units. NOT Lovett a/c they came out located the leak. They had to order a part and then came out replaced and added Freon . They solved my problem and the service tech George was so nice and polite. All I can say is they are the most reasonable priced and they were concerned more on myself staying cool when the heat index was over 100*. I thank this company from the bottom of my heart.Well done!

Super fast service!! 30 minutes after I called the office asking for help to fix my air conditioning unit Ethan was at my house. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had my unit working again in less than an hour!!!
