Do not let these people anywhere near a septic system install. They installed my new raised mound system a few years ago and it was never right from the beginning. The effluent drains backwards out the distribution box and across the yard rather than into the drain field. They initially installed too large of a pump and the wrong size line to the distribution box, causing it to flood the system. That was ultimately remedied by another company, as JRD didn’t do anything to solve my problem. The owner, Brandon, never set foot back on the property after the install, even after numerous complaints. A couple times, he sent the same employees out that messed the install up to begin with. He tried making a claim that the mound material wasn’t correct, so the other septic company I called had the
