We called when our furnace stopped working. It was a Saturday evening. A technician was out in less than an hour to diagnose and fix the best he could. He was able to get the system to work, but he said it was a very short lived remedy that could last a couple weeks or a couple hours. Well, as our luck would have it, we woke up the next morning to a cool house again. I texted Nathan right away, was told the unit could be ordered and installed Tuesday morning. They even dropped off a couple space heaters to get us through until then. Tuesday morning came and they showed up bright and early. They worked the entire day, and we had a brand new furnace installed and operational that evening. I would highly recommend Badgers. We are very happy with their service. Communication was on point. We were glad that our friend introduced us to Nathan. Nathan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and kind to work with. His crew was also amazing. Our old heating/cooling unit was poorly located in a tight space and the filter was unreachable, but Nathan and his crew were able to re-configure it and what a transformation. They did such a beautiful job and were very neat throughout the process. It took them two days and everything was nicely done. Thank you so much for a fantastic job.

Losing heat at any time is stressful, but during the holiday season it is incredibly unnerving. Nate went out of his way to fit us into his schedule for same day service. Badger's Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a family member when Nate was able to solve an issue that 2 other companies failed to resolve. Having, myself experienced a less than satisfactory outcome with another HVAC company, it was a pleasure to have found such a talented technician and outstanding business person. I hit the service jackpot by stumbling on Badgers Cooling and Heating when I had an HVAC emergency. The service professionals are just that - professionals. They’ve now responded to 3 issues at my home - 2 heat and one hot water. For the tankless water heater issue they called the manufacturer & registered my unit since it was within the manufacturers warranty, and they handled the entirety of the claim to get the parts ordered & replaced. Incredible experience! For the furnace issues they showed up exactly when the service time was scheduled and proceeded to rapidly diagnose and resolve the issues. The Badgers team is friendly, efficient and professional. All around great operation. They’ve earned my highest recommendation and future business.
