My old heat pump finally died and I called Rich Baker and his company came right away. They replaced my entire unit, inside and out, and replaced the Trane with a Daikin at a reasonable cost. I'm so happy with their work and my purchase. We're heading into a cold snap and I'm warmer in my home this winter than I've ever been. Thanks to Rich and the whole team!!! Good job!!
