I am writing this review to warn fellow customers. I contacted them in September to perform annual maintenance. Fireplace was working then. Obviously didn’t know what they were doing because they were on YouTube and whispering. Every time I would call for an update, they were doing “research”. They reported to me a gas leak, I reported it to my gas company, $300 later there was no gas leak. They don’t know what they are doing and took my money, had a strange number call me to go over “notes” when I stated my displeasure with service. Did not offer anything but for them to fix something that I felt they had no grasp on. Called HMi (which they recommended). Problem was fixed in a day with knowledgeable and competent experts. Nick was so pleasant and willing to share his extensive knowledge regarding our fireplace with us.
