Very pleased with the professional service from Comfort Zone. The installers worked as a team and paid careful attention to detail.

But the best part is that they show up on time and their communication was on point! For reference, we had mini splits installed throughout the house. I highly recommend!

Preston was right on time for the service appointment and wasted no time getting to work. He checked the thermostat, the air handler, and the outside unit for proper pressures and electrical readings, all with me observing. He answered all the questions I asked concerning his tests and observations. He also filled me in on the diagnostic features that are available to Comfort Zone which will allow the company to remotely monitor my system and take quick action to fix any problems that might arise, which is a huge asset to a part-timer at the Lake like me. He was polite, gracious, and knowledgeable in his work. I would be more than happy to have him return as my service technician in the future and if possible, request him.
