I recently had a local furnace company come in the dead cold of winter to fix my furnace. I had no heat in the house, and my 11 year old great granddaughter, and daughter lived with me This local company came out twice in a two day period, removed parts from my furnace, left wires on the floor, panels dangling. It was a dangerous mess, leaving me with no heat. Being a recent widow of a Vietnam veteran, this was very stressful. My funds were limited, and was not sure what I would do if I needed a new furnace. After praying about the whole mess, I was led to contact Quality Plumbling, Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician, Brian, was very thorough with his investigation. He walked me through everything he found and would take care of. He also took the time to explain any and all issues. He additionally gave me the opportunity to online pay after the work was completed. As I was out of town during the issue, I was thrilled to experience such great customer service. I sure appreciate the level of expertise and courtesy!

Devin Weems did a great job!!! He was very timely and answered all my questions, he took time to go over things with me and walked me through what he was going to do. He also took the time to go over what the next step would be In the event that the initial process didn’t work. It did end up being a quick easy fix, and we did not have to proceed with any further processes. Brian and Antonio showed up promptly for their appt time with me. Their customer service was superior. They were able to get everything up and running in no time at all, they even repaired a few things I hadn’t noticed were happening. I am very happy I called quality plumbing and will recommend them to everyone in my area as good help is very hard to come by.
