Ballard's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning

Had an air conditioner issue and it was nearly 90 degrees in our house. Called in knowing it was going to be the busiest day of the year for heating and cooling companies here locally. To my surprise Ballard’s was able to get us in later that day! James was awesome! He took his time and educated me on what we have. We have air again!! Thanks a ton!

Ballards came out for a service call on my on-demand hot water heater. The technician opened the cover, said the unit was toast, shut off water to the entire house, and left — charging $125. I called right away explaining the urgency since my family had no water. I didn’t hear back for 4–5 days. I had to bypass the system myself just to restore water. Disappointed in the lack of urgency and communication. I won’t be using them again.

Ballard’s is simply fantastic! They provided service promptly. Besides communicating the cost, time, and materials needed to complete the required jobs, Ballard’s were very considerate of my needs regarding time and disposal of used parts.

Absolutely horrible customer service, water heater went out, water everywhere, service technician came out shut water off, stated someone would call for the replacement, two weeks go bye, then they call!! Good thing other plumbing companies in the area still have customer service, they came out and replaced. Not sure what happened to BALLARDS, they have went down hill fast!!

Rhonda is amazing!! I requested service from their website after hours, and shortly after, Ronda touched base with me and said she’d get someone dispatched to my house as soon as they could. When it was time to pay my bill, Brenda, was amazing on the phone! Everybody from start to finish was unbelievably kind. Thanks, Ballards!
