West is the best! I had an excellent experience with West Climate Control, Inc. Christine was the first person I spoke with, and she could not have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time with me over the phone, patiently trying to resolve my heating/AC issue without even sending a technician. That kind of effort is rare these days. When we realized the problem required a service call, she sent Corey out. Corey was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and focused on solving the problem. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. A big thank-you to Christine and Corey for their outstanding service. We’re on the Great American Loop on our 56’ Carver Voyager, Solitude, and our Marine A/C needed repair. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they worked us in on Friday am. Corey showed up on time and was really knowledgeable on the old A/C units we had. He had everything fixed in just a few hrs. This is a great company They Care. I highly recommend them.

Corey came to install a new compressor on my BackCove freezer. It was a tight space, and a challenging repair, and he could have just said sorry I can’t but he took it on as a challenge and got it done. So far works great and saved lots of issues if I would have had to replace it. Well done!
