Basic tasks like vacuuming, wiping counters, changing sheets, and restocking were repeatedly missed—even after I shared photos and feedback. A different cleaner was sent every time and would only spend one hour at my 1300 sq ft home. Despite paying full price, the declining standards hurt my Airbnb rating, so I’ve switched to another company. Roberta, the general manager, has been great to work with, but overall it feels like Harbor Shores now prioritizes quantity over quality. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable, consistent cleaning partner for your short term rental.
