I volunteer at the Christopher House. I asked Michigan Heating and Cooling to replace the old cast iron boiler, and they did over a year ago. Beautiful, clean work. My favorite part: gas bill comes in about $100/month cheaper with the new boiler they installed! Good job guys!!! Lower bills equals lower rent prices!!!

We recently moved to Petoskey the first morning here we smelled gas in the basement. I called, Noah answered and was so friendly and helpful. Within 2 hours Andrew was at our house found the leak and got it fixed. Awesome service and everyone was so nice. Thanks Nicole

They did a great job replacing our 25+ year-old furnace! Jay, the service and installation manager, answered many of my questions throughout the process and helped us find the best solution for our needs. Jesse and John did a great job installing our new furnace and took the time to answer my questions and explain what they did. The overall inspection, estimate, and installation process was excellent. We'll be using them for any other heating and cooling needs in the future!

I can’t say enough about this company. Jay is always a call away to help us with everything that we need. Darrin is a master of boilers. The list goes on. We had a great crew installing our AC units and they felt like family to us. It’s been a year and the system is working very well. They serve well and fair to those who live here all year round!! That makes all the difference. Thank you!!

In the past year I've switched to these guys. Jay runs sales and is awesome as are Matt and Hunter who are the two service people I've met. They have been very responsive and have come up with "make sense" fixes twice since I've been a customer. They've also come through with much better pricing than my past experience with someone else and would suggest getting on their annual service agreement.
