They are an incredible company to work with. They have built 3 locations with me and I say WITH and not FOR because they do a great job of communicating and keeping you a part of the process. In our stores they built for us years ago, they still help on small issues and do more than they have to. Banyan is built on solid principles and the only way I can see people being uphappy with them is if they didn't properly communicate what the issue they had was. I'm very thankful to work with Banyan and know their incredible staff. If I were writing a manual for how a builder should treat their clients, I would just take a journal and follow Banyan around for a week.
The work Banyan did for my store remodel was exceptional! They made the whole process easy, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I'm so glad I used Banyan and would recommend them to anyone who needs construction services.
