They helped us preserve our original garage door for as long as possible, and when it was finally time for a replacement, the entire process was seamless. The salesman was fantastic—no pressure at all, and he truly listened to our concerns and questions. The communication was excellent, including a call the day before installation. Had springs replaced by a company that said I needed a motor replcement as well. I wanted to shop around for the motor and Superior was less than half the price of the competitor. I only wish I had contacted them prior to getting the springs installed. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will not hesitate to call Superior first for my garage door needs.

Thought a spring broke turns out it was a little more than that. I put in a request for a quote and got a call within an hour and a tech was here to fix it within two hours. They were efficient, reasonably priced and made my life so much easier! Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future. Thank you so much!

This was my first time using Superior Garage Door Systems and the whole experience was great from start to finish. It was not an emergency but they were able to come out same-day. Repairs were done timely, explanations were given about all wotk being done and both technicians--Josh and Joey--were kind, courteous and professional. I felt the prices for the work done were reasonable. I would definitely use them again and will definitely be referring them to friends.
