This is the worse service I have experienced! There was absolutely no live person period! Programs can only answer what they are programmed to answer. I was get conflicting messages from their AI system. Canceling and rescheduling. The tech came Thursday and diagnosed problem ordered the part to my house and scheduled appointment for Monday. The part came the next day. I received email saying your appointment has been rescheduled because the part did not come. No one contacted me to see if the part had came. After getting the appointment changed to Tuesday I received emails 2 days in a a roll canceling each appointment. After contacting my homeowner insurance they contacted Sears. They don’t have any live person contact either. Sears came Friday put in the compressor and said takes 24 hour
5 appointments- 1 excellent job diagnosing parts need, 1 showed without the right tools, 1 no show, I refused to wear booties, 1 didn’t install the part correctly. If I could give zero stars I would for the last guy.
The service people were great. The service to get someone out to my house sucked. The person came out to see what was wrong. He ordered a part which was delivered to my house. They scheduled the same man to come back out. It was cancelled 3 times after waiting from 8:30am until they texted me it was moved to another day. My biggest complaint is that we had an F45 error within a week of putting the double ovens in. The rep said he could not duplicate the error so there was nothing to be done. Over several years, it would pop up randomly, always when I needed it most, like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Finally, error codes came up for both ovens and would not clear until it was cool again. It even showed the error and beeped even though the oven had been turned off, but was still war
Pedro came a few days ago when our frig started having loud noises coing from it. He was able to listen to what we said and to what the sound was from the frig and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part on order and came back a few days later with a new evaporator fan. He was in and out in record time to take the old fan out and put in the new fan. Frig sounds quiet again. I would definitely want to have him again for my other appliances if I had any problesm with them.
Absolutely horrible! The appointment was cancelled twice! When the technician did finally arrive, he made it clear he wasn't fond of working on the brand of washer (Electrolux). This type of statement should never be said to a customer. When he proceeded, he indicated there wasn't a problem with the washer. I insisted he check again! He finally diagnosed the problem was with the valve...something I knew because of the code provided by the washer (E-11). The subsequent charges were outrageous. I cancelled the service. I had to "eat" the diagnostic fee, but I still have yet to receive the fund of nearly $500. Let's not forget the nightmare of trying to reach a live person when trying to inquire about the refund timng. To share this experience would take quite a bit of writing. What I will s
