Floors For You

We ordered our carpet for the staircase and from sales to installer it was a great experience. On a scale from 1-10 I’d give them a 10. Second time we have used them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family!

We ordered carpet for our master bedroom. The installers had a big job as we had heavy furniture that needed moved. They did an awesome job and were very curteous.

Great experience with this company. I picked my flooring out and a crew was installing it the next day.

I got carpet installed upstairs and LVP downstairs as well as the bathrooms. The first in store visit was really nice with the rep. able to show me products that could be installed quickly as I was on a tight timeline. The in home measurement appointment was also very efficient. I ran into trouble with the contact in the office not providing me with follow up as promised and then for some reason not being honest about it. She mentioned sending me emails with the quote but didn't. When she said I just didn't receive it, I asked her to forward if it was sent and she couldn't because clearly not sent. Odd thing to not be honest about but whatever. Also, the quote was inaccurate but that was no big deal. She misunderstood which rooms got carpet and LVP (purchased over 3000 sq ft flooring).

I fully believe that to receive 5 stars from a customer a company really needs to knock it out of the park - and Floors For You did that for us. Our salesperson, Hannah, was very kind and courteous - having only been there 3 months the first time we came in she still had lots of knowledge when it came to different shades and tones within the category of vinyl planking. She helped us pick out our flooring (that we later decided we didn't like, so we came back in and she helped us pick out what we went with and ultimately love). Grateful for her help and patience as us first time home renovators picked out flooring in front of her. Because of the complexities with the slab our house is built on, we decided to have Floors For You install the vinyl planking on over 1000 sq. feet. This was a co
