Dryer Vent Wizard of Central Indiana

Our dryer was not drying properly anymore, so I gave this company a call. The technician that came out, Que, was extremely professional and gave me a good education concerning what he would be doing while onsite and some of the potential products I could purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great tech, great communication from the company, excellent work, and a two-year guarantee on the new vent plate I had installed on the exterior of my home.

Our technician, Que was great! He cleaned out decades worth of dryer lint. This was at my mom’s house and now I’m going to have him come do the same thing at our house. Photos below. The garbage bag has the lint from the vent that went to the roof.

Technician was very professional and friendly. Explained the work to be performed and the condition of the dryer vent before and after the service was completed. Appreciated the text and phone calls with updates on arrival time. Placed a better cover on the outside exhaust to prevent birds and moisture from entering the dryer vent. Recommended to have service on the dryer vent every 24 months to keep the dryer working at top efficiency.

Dryer Vent Wizard was recommended to us by Duncan appliance. We needed to have our dryer vent pipe, that is under the house, cleaned. They were flexible on dates and we scheduled it right away. The technician's name is Que. Que showed up within the time frame as stated. Que is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He looked over everything. He was happy to listen to our concerns and told us what he would do. We knew up front the cost before hand. Que did an excellent job. Completed everything in a timely fashion. He took pictures of everything and showed us the final job. The vent pipe is now spotless and the air pressure is back up to what it needs to be.
