The owner "John", came out quickly, found and repaired the wiring problem in the attic. Fixed a few issues from a previous electrician. His workmanship is top notch and doesn't over charge. I highly recommend him.

John was fast to respond when we contacted him and was very clear in all his communication. We had some outlets and appliances stop getting power and he tracked down the issue quickly. I loved that he explained what was going on and was very upfront in letting us know how to prevent issues in the future and what to do if the problem pops up again.

There were two characteristics that stuck out for me with John. One was his excellent craftsmanship. His work is very neat, well thought out and meticulous. Now there are probably many electricians who display these same traits but what sets John apart from the other contractors we met or talked with was the second characteristic I wanted to point out. His customer service is outstanding. He follows up when he says he will follow up, he calls when he says he will call, he arrives when he says he will arrive. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing and provides you options of taking one path or another. John arrived exactly when he said he would, very polite, Covid cautious and very reasonable. The job turned out to be quite complicated (if it could go wrong, it did!). The finished new ceiling fan install was perfect. I highly recommend him and I'll have him back in the future.

John is TOP NOTCH. He's worked for us three times now from 2009 to 2015; all home modifications and repairs. He's honest and charges decent prices. He's shows up when he says he will. Most importantly, his work is done right and looks great.
