Very satisfied with the work and finished product, but not happy with the duration of the project and lack of communication and transparency. I spoke with Frank on the phone and specifically asked what the Project Management Per Week costs ($500 a week) included specifically. I was told these costs were scheduling and incurred costs for managing the project and he expected the project would take 2 weeks to complete. The woodwork and drywall for my project took 1.5 days and the drywall patch, caulk and paint took 3 days. So my project was a total of ~5 days (1 week), but I was told I couldn't get refunded or credited back the $500 for the week that no work was completed as it was an "overhead" costs and I can't take the per week literally. I had several varied items that needed to be done for a punch list and each one was expertly done (from wood rot repair on the edge of the house, to light installation, attic panel repair, sill plate remediation, and door reparation, everything was fantastic) I've placed your card on my frig for anyone as my recommendation for Barbee Construction 8-) Thanks again !

I would not recommend this company. It was recommend to us by our realtor, they half did every job then expected payment after not completing all items on the punch list. I had to hand hold and walk through everything we've paid for to actually get it done. Not quality work!!

I had a great experience with this company! They were on time fairly priced and did high quality work. I would recommend them without reservation
