Bartlett Tree Experts

We have been using Bartlett for all our tree needs for several years now. Shane and the crew are always very professional and thoroughly answer all our questions. For the latest pruning job, the crew was efficient and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Bartlett.

Bartlett Tree Experts were very good to work with. They were easy to talk to and clearly understood my concerns. They arrived at the time they scheduled. They left my yard very tidy, including returning my bird bath to its location under the tree I had trimmed. Very thoughtful!

Bartlett did a great job removing an invasive tree (buck thorn) from my front yard, and removed all the root system. They even kept the nice tree box surrounding it in tact! Shane and team he sent out exceeded my expectations. I used Bartlett to maintain my trees when I lived in Alexandria, so I was very happy to find them in Winchester! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest... What more can you ask for!?

Bartlett Tree Experts treated my Japanese Maple over the summer for leaf scale disease. I received an email yesterday that they came by to check on my tree and to let me know that there were no signs of scale and it would not need any treatment next year. I consider this excellent customer service and professionalism. There are probably a lot of other tree companies that would not go this extra step and treat it anyway just for the money! They are also very quick to respond to your questions and/or needs and keep you updated throughout the treatment process.
