Umpire Mitigation

I'm happy to find Umpire. Looking for solutions to water dripping from a bathroom exhaust fan, with consequent mold on the ceiling, I tried two prior mitigations (ensuring there’s no plumbing leak, upgrading the fan) before I understood its cause was heavy condensation accumulating in the exhaust fan duct. I found out about Umpire by hearing a report of their successful work done locally. I engaged Umpire on a non-emergency basis; nevertheless, they responded quickly. I facilitated the process by sending an email documenting the problem and steps already taken, including pictures of the problem area. I highly recommend Stephen and his team. After a snow and ice storm this winter, we experienced a roof leak that led to water entering our building. Their crew arrived just hours after my initial call and immediately began the mitigation process. The team was professional, thorough, and left everything clean. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly can’t recommend this company enough.

Our basement had a large amount of water come in over time & we had a leaky roof with mold on the ceiling. Stephen & Umpire were a great help. Satisfied any special requests we had for our basement. Solved all the cleanup & disposal of the big items we couldn't dispose of ourselves (even our moldy pool table). Price was reasonable, and they worked well with the company we used for installing a drainage system in our basement (Basement Masters Waterproofing). Now our house is mold free + we got a lot of advice for how to keep it that way
