I called on a Saturday morning after finding Ideal HVAC on Facebook - you know how the story goes, no heat and it’s freezing in here! I wasn’t sure anybody would be able to come out same day but within just a few minutes of calling and leaving a message, I already had a call back and less than two hours later, Mike was here to help us out. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and our house is on the way to warming up. We are very appreciative of their prompt customer service. We will definitely use them for any future hvac needs.

Mike is the best in the business! He installed a new HVAC system is my previous home and is our go to person for all things HVAC. Don't go anywhere else, he is friendly, honest, kind and knows his stuff!

Mike and his team are prompt, clean, friendly, courteous and competitively-priced. Mike went above and beyond by correcting several shortcuts taken by the previous installer.
