Really appreciated the visit from the guys from JR Snider. I called today to get help with some plumbing issues and they were able to get me in today. Michael Papa and Josh were outstanding. Great attitudes. You could tell that they love their job.

I am very happy with their work. Rep came out with a friendly and professional demeanor. He assessed the necessary work to be done and gave me a detailed synopsis of the proposal. He also did his best to work within my budget. The next day, workers came out, also friendly and courteous, and installed the new well pump. I would recommend JR Snider if you need plumbing assistance!

Shane from JR Snider Plumbing promptly came out to give me an estimate and was very courteous and polite. He explained the details of the job and setup the repair for later today. Highly Recommend! This company’s employees are amazing. My family was able to manage onsite work through phone calls, texts and emails. The customer service team was incredibly responsive, polite, helpful and friendly. The on-site team shared photos which reflected the extent of problems and challenging and unappetizing nature of their work. And now, all systems go!
