I’m having similar issues as other people here. I have a small roof leak that I discovered the week before Christmas and they came out promptly and evaluated the situation, even though it was very cold and snowy. I got a quote shortly and called to set up repairs. This is where things fell apart. Despite calling three times over the last two weeks, no one has called me back to get my repair on their schedule. Champaign had a very big rainstorm last night and the leak is getting worse. The lack of follow through is very frustrating.

We had a noticeable spot in master bedroom closet that indicated a leak. Our home is only 3 years old so we were dumbfounded what could be the cause. Cord found the root of our problem and in less than 10 minutes issues resolved. Bash-Pepper is at the top of my list for contractors. They set the standard. Great communication. Upfront estimates. Friendly workers. They showed up when promised and completed the siding job faster than I expected. Before leaving, they did a thorough sweep of the area to make sure all nails and debris were picked up. Cord took the lead on an insurance claim and was there until the very end. He fought for our fair treatment by State Farm and results are amazing. The roof looks awesome as you can see in the pictures. His team installed an amazing slate roof with copper channels and it's even more beautiful than anticipated.

Cord is consistently thorough, accurate, and will go above and beyond to provide great service and leave the customer satisfied. He's come out to make evaluations on more than one occasion and performed minor repairs and/or provided supplies at no cost. His people have also done great work for us both for a partial roof replacement and a separate gutter replacement, both at very reasonable prices.
