The sales /floor estimates were great to work with and ensured my demo and install were scheduled on time. The team of men that installed my engineered flooring were awesome. They were on time and professional. They knew now to solve one of my major flooring problems fixed them and still completed a large job within two days. They were my Jedi guys. The team did a beautiful job installing my floors. I would definitely use this team again

We replaced the carpet in our home last week from Carpet Advantage. The staff and owner are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Pricing of the project was very fair. The installers did a great job installing a carpet with a complex design, they hid the seams well. They cleaned up behind themselves. We couldn't have been more pleased with the pricing, and execution of this project, from start to finish.

They are not showing up or honoring their appointments. We waited for them to show up twice. I think they may be having staffing issues. Too bad, we were hopeful they would be able to install a new floor for us.
