We called after hours for service on a furnace. Not only were they extremely patient on the phone, Matt arrived within the hour. He had the furnace up and running in short time, explaining everything he did. Very friendly and honest. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. They even offer a maintenance program at a great price!

Excellent service provided. Although my dryer could not be repaired, they did get it re-vented properly. I appreciate the quick response and turn around time. I called the day after Christmas, and they were here the following day. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Matt is fantastic! Our refrigerator started to leak on a Saturday night, and having just moved to the area I did not know whom to call. After looking at a number of Google reviews, I decided to call Purcell Services. Matt answered the call himself and was at our house within an hour to complete the repair, even at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday! He quickly diagnosed and stopped the leak in our fridge and even helped diagnose an issue with our washing machine while he was here. I highly recommend Matt and will definitely call upon his service for other repairs that will inevitably come up in the future.
