J & S has been the maintainer for our MultiFlo system for 25+ years. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, and they take the time to explain what service(s) are necessary, and why. Kathy in the office is always pleasant to deal with. Brian repaired an outdoor pipe, original to the house that collapsed. The job ended up being completely different than what was originally expected and estimated, so it took longer and used different supplies--but came in at about the price of the original estimate. Brian kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and showed me the new construction before he buried it. Caulyn recently inspected our system and politely explained how it was doing. Our aerator locked up and within 24 hrs J&S was out to replace it. Caulyn and Jerry were very nice and professional and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Also offered to check on us in a week or so if needed. They went above and beyond and it’s nice to know that some companies still care about their customers.

We have been J&S customers for over 25 years, and (except for a few instances with employees no longer there) have received excellent service. Our recent maintence inspection /service by Caulyn and Jerry continued that tradition of professional, outstanding service. They thoroughly inspected and cleaned all aspects of our multi-flo system to ensure it keeps working reliably.

J&S Wastewater does a great job maintaining our septic system. We have the annual maintenance contract that makes it nice that they perform two inspections and maintenance calls each year. Kord did a great job making sure our system was all cleaned and functioning. He explained everything he did and was very professional and hard working. No turds left behind! 🤣 Thanks, Kord!
