From start to finish, this was the best company we have worked with over the last 40 years that we have owned our home. Everyone one we worked with was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. They said they could do the job in one day and that’s exactly what they did. No mess, no clean up after they left, just a bathroom tub and enclosure that was more than beautiful than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone was amazing. Mike from Sales was extremely pleasant and very friendly and responsive to my many questions. The lead installer Brandon was awesome. Very meticulous and detailed. Even vacuumed my house each day when he was done. I have another remodel in October and have asked if I could please have Brandon again. The bathroom looks so great. Great product, GREAT EMPLOYEES, and the quality of the shower >>> appearance and functionality is A++++++ This was a tub to shower conversion in a high rise, it replaced a tub/ with original tile (from the early 70's) that was leaking into another apartment. The pictures are evidence of an enhanced shower, water tight surround, with the added safety grab bars, and shower product shelf.

We decided it was time to replace a bathtub with a walk-in shower and called Bath Fitter. Representative Stephanie brought samples to our house and showed us many different options. The two installation men removed the old tub and had the shower installed in about five hours. They did excellent work, used carpet protectors and did a great clean up job. We're very happy with the results and heartily recommend them.

The technician was professional and courteous. He was respectful of my home by placing floor runners to protect my floor as he went in and out of my home. Job completed in 8 hours and my updated tub/shower is beautiful! I’m very happy with his work!
