Great experience. Got a few quotes to replace furnace and AC. They were the most competitive. I was looking for Carrier products and they carry Bryant. Bob stayed in communication with me when I had questions. I also spoke to the owner Mark with questions. Both guys provided great information to make the best decision. I had to push out installation a little due to the snowstorm and wanted to shovel a path to the AC. The guys had no issue pushing out the installation. Day of installation everything went great. Mark, Bob and another guy (I can’t remember his name) showed me how to use the UV light for mold and bacteria that was installed. Provided me a year of filters. We got a very good deal for a new Bryant furnace with Iron City Mechanical! My son recommended them to us because he recently got a new furnace and AC with them and said how great they were and he was right! I went on their Facebook page and saw a deal they had on Saturday and right away Bob sent me a message! What business does that on a Saturday! He then called me and we talked on Saturday and said that they could come and put in a new furnace in Tuesday. He said if they could they would have come on Monday but had another job, which I understand. Bob was so nice to talk to and explained everything to me. I contact Iron City Mechanical two days ago and got a great price with installation on a Bryant furnace. Bob was kind and very professional; all three guys came out the next day and finished in about three hours. I highly recommend this company great job.

Let me begin by saying I don't typically write reviews. These guys earned it! From the quote, to multiple calls I made to them with questions, to the install. Everything was great. They even made recommendation based on some concerns I had with certain rooms being cold. New system installed in one day. Clean install and everything seems to work as it should. Nice people and great pricing. Good company that is not looking to break you on the price but also provides great service. They have my recommendation!
