The employees at the cash register especially one named Karen are extremely rude. Like off the wall rude. Other than that the store had a strong bad smell, is overpriced, and again the workers are rude. If you have customers paying more at least be nice to them.

A great hardware store run by great people. Thankful they're in the community. My place to go for nuts/bolts/washers for every project, as well any time of nails or screw (just spent almost $80 there on them) for carpentry projects. Thanks!

Will not shop here again. Helped my daughter move in to her new house and need some hardware. Girl at the register was rude and bitchy. I am willing to pay the higher prices of an independent store but not at the expense of poor service.

Very friendly, always greeted at the door upon arrival. Not much of a selection for plumbing but have mainly everything else you may be looking for. Employees always make it known that they are there if you need help as well

I ran here to grab some screws and washers cuz I ran out of a project that I was completing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and then I went over to the screw section and as soon as the employee saw me looking he came over and offered me assistance, found what I was looking for and I was out the door. I really appreciated his help they're always good there with customer service and that's one thing you don't get it at home Depot or Lowe's!
