Everything went as planned. Our installer Johnny was great and had 16 years of experience with BathFitter. So everything went smoothly. Very happy with every step from sales through installation and we are enjoying our new updated bath.

The whole process was very easy, from the first consultation to the final result. The fitter was extremely helpful and professional, once done you wouldn't know he had even been there everything was left clean and tidy. He answered all our questions and the work looks great. Thank you so much for an extremely pleasant experience. I think the before and after speak for themselves. Very happy with the results.

Love our bathtub conversion to a step in shower remodel. Just what the salesperson said is exactly how it was done. Our shower looks amazing. Installers are professional, cleaned up and answered all questions we had. Remodel was done in one day. It looks amazing. They are very reasonable priced. Calling them again for our second bathroom.

What a delightful company to work with from initial contact all the way through my beautiful shower/tub being complete. The estimate guy that came out to the house was very informative and respectful (I'm blanking on his name) and the two guys that installed were equally respectful of my home as well as wonderfully professional and did some fantastic work. I've already recommended this service to anyone that would listen. If I could rate you guys 100 stars I would. Great great company to do business with!

Installation was great. Installer did an excellent job in a timely manner. Cleaned up great. Give him a 5 star in every regard. Sales is why I give a 3 star. Sales guaranteed installation within 3 weeks, it was done almost 6 weeks later. Led us to believe new installation would be as wide as old installation. It wasn't, they only make two sizes not custom units. Management did atone for the mistakes so we are satisfied, very happy with the unit and installation, not with sales.
