Bath Fitter did such a wonderful job on our new shower. We couldn’t have been more pleased. From dealing with Ken, having him come to the house and listen to what we wanted, and then put together a plan, with a very good price. To having them work with my schedule, getting it installed a couple weeks later. Our installer, Austin, was fantastic. He did such a great job getting the old stuff out, rebuilding the new one, and installing the brand new shower. Looks amazing, and on time. Thank you very much. We had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitter! Scotty installed our new tub and shower liner a few months ago, and he did an excellent job. The installation was smooth, professional, and the finished result looks beautiful. Recently, we noticed a small area where the caulking was a little thin and there was a scratch that needed repair. Josh came out right away and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was courteous, efficient, and made sure everything looked perfect before he left. It’s so reassuring to work with a company that stands behind their work. We truly appreciate the great service and would absolutely recommend Bath Fitter!

From the initial consultation to the actual installation, it’s been a great experience working with Bath Fitter. The consultation was no pressure and thoroughly explained everything. They scheduled my installation appointment quickly thereafter, and kept me Informed of what to expect as installation day approached. The installers were a great crew - Austin, Justin and Josh worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. They communicated with me throughout the day. They showed up on time. They kept things as clean as possible given the bathroom they worked on was upstairs! At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up and reviewed their work. Bath Fitter Livonia did a great job with my tub-shower conversion six years ago. Recently I realize that I needed to have an additional 2-shelf unit added to the left corner so I could reach my soap when sitting on my shower chair. When it was first installed, I was younger and had good balance, but now that I am older, I need to sit and be able to reach my soap at a lower level. Josh was my installer and he was on time, had good attention to detail, worked quickly and was cheerful and professional.
