The best service ever! We didn't have any heat and the tech was to the house within a couple hours, earlier than scheduled. Communication was great all the way from the owner to the office to the technician. Definitely use Yates for your heating and cooling needs.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Yates Services on a complete removal and install of a new Trane heating & cooling system. Wayne was very thorough with the inspection of our old system and made recommendations that would improve airflow throughout the our home. We were having issues with uneven air flow and inconsistent temperatures in different areas of our home.. though there wasn’t much they could do to improve existing ductwork, they were able to increase the size of the air returns and suggesting raising the the furnaces off the floor for better air flow… and adding curves in ductwork to reduce restrictions on flow. Currently we are truly satisfied with the outcome, we have consistent comfort throughout the home, the Trane units seem very strong and work effortlessly
