Sears Appliance Repair

We have an gas range that wasn't turning on when choosing the bake function, David the technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the repair. I was contacted before he arrived with an eta and it was spot on, this was our first time using Sears Appliance Repair and we were very pleased with the professionalism and the service. If we ever need another appliance repair we will be using Sears. The rates were reasonable and the service was excellent! Thanks David!

The tech who ultimately fixed my refrigerator was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. My initial evaluation of the problem could have been handled by phone rather than a 5-minute visit. I realize the $149 fee is the company’s way of assuring the client uses their service to complete the job. Be aware you also need to pay in advance for parts and installation of them.

Thomas the Service Representative was excellent in exploring my appliance problem and the solution. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me to understand what had to be done. He showed empathy and worked to resolve my problem. This was outstanding service. I had to leave before he finished the work. He took the time to call me to provide an update. He arrived earlier than the expected time. Thank you.

Cass was on time and repaired our snow blower as quoted in a timely manner. He also provided additional details on how to keep the machine in good shape! Very happy with the service! Great professional!
