He’s the type of contractor type person you miss when your job is done! We had a few issues with the final rebuild of our bathroom, done by the subcontractor, but both stayed fully engaged and worked with us until everything was resolved. Bryan's guidance throughout the insurance claim process was invaluable. His experience captured many things the adjuster missed or chose to overlook. Acting as the primary liaison between us and the insurance company kept them honest and reasonable to complete the process to our total satisfaction. While the work was being completed, communication was always timely and we were informed of each phase and the upcoming steps. His referral network for other service providers was also highly beneficial. Will definitely keep them on the short list for any future projects.

After the recent torrential rain we had last week, our sump pump failed and flooded our basement. Our insurance agent recommended Brian’s company and he did not let us down. He brought in all his equipment and worked all day to eliminate the water and dispose of items that were water damaged. He also explained the steps that we need for our Insurance claim. We would not hesitate to call him again.
