Bath Fitter

We had an amazing tub to shower conversion from Bath Fitter this week. The one piece wall, lifetime warranty, and the fact that they could complete the job in one day is what sold us. Derek and Jordan were our installers and I was very comfortable having them in the house. Derek offered some adjustments based on measurements that made the job look neater than what was planned. I trusted his experience and he was great showing me how it would look before they did it. Derek and Jordan worked great together and both seemed to really enjoy their jobs. This was nice to see after dealing with quite a few contractors in the last 2 years.

I needed to post this on Christmas Day, but was so busy and then kept forgetting.. My shower head broke on Christmas Eve and I called the BathFitter office and left a message. I honestly wasn’t expecting a response until after Christmas, but the manager called me on Christmas morning and said they would send someone as soon as possible. I was in total disbelief, but a little while later, Derek(not sure of spelling) showed up and fixed the broken shower head. He was so pleasant and very nice to my son with special needs. I apologize for not posting this sooner, but Derek deserves a big bonus for not only coming on Christmas, but for his amazing people skills and personality!! From the office staff to the salesman kyle, very professional, was to the point, no hidden agenda, asked what we were looking for and walked us through the steps..the installer Derek, was very professional, respectful, attention to detail was beyound exceptional. Matt and Cameron just finished our tub to shower install. They worked hard all day long and as promised finished it in one day. The work that they did is awesome.
