We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. The installation was smooth, professional, and completed just as promised. The finished product looks beautiful and completely transformed our bathroom. We have had our shower for 2.5 years now, and any time there seems to be an issue, they come out, check everything out, and fix it if needed. That kind of service really means a lot. I recently had a garden tub with shower surround completed my Bath Fitters. They did an excellent job and kept my house totally clean. They completed the entire renovation in one day. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. Our tech Roy called ahead to make sure he understood what our situation was so that he would have exactly what he needed to get the job done. He was professional and did solid work. So grateful for the lifetime warranty on our Bath Fitter tub, and excellent representatives like Roy.

Our salesman Freddy Archable and the installer Michael George were both awesome. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had to leave for work before Michael finished the install, but I felt completely comfortable leaving him to finish up. I am thrilled with the results and would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who needs this work done. I got a walk in shower and am more than happy with it.

Service was great, & the repairmen were very nice & friendly. Took off one star because we had to wait three weeks to get any assistance. Upon speaking with the representative we stated that our water was constantly running & couldn't be turned off which meant our hot water heater had to be switched off at the breaker. I feel like with it being the middle of winter that bath fitter wasn't so busy that they couldn't have sent someone out alot sooner especially considering the circumstance. I wouldn't have minded had it been something less important, even the repairmen were shocked we had been without hot water for that long. So very pleased with my repair guys but a bit frustrated with customer service.
