Bath Planet of Milwaukee

We contacted Bath Planet to replace our current shower with a new acrylic shower. Julie Barker came out and explained their process, took measurements and then sent us an email with everything they could do and what it would cost. We got several other bids but Bath Planet was the most reasonable and specific with what would be done. We met in person at the showroom and picked out the look we wanted. Julie was able to show us what our shower would look like on her tablet. We wanted the look of tile but we didn't like the small subway tile. She explained that we can make the tiles larger with no problem and then showed us how that would look. It was perfect. We made all our selections and paid half to get the items ordered. About a month later we got the call that everything had been deliver

I had my oversized jacuzzi tub replaced with a large walk in shower. Special order took awhile to come in but definitely worth the wait. Julie was fabulous in helping get things picked out and set up. The demo/installers Chip and his brother did a wonderful job. They worked nonstop for 2 days. Were professional, pleasant and kept things as clean as possible. LOVE my new bathroom!

They removed a 300 pound cast iron tub and converted it to a walk in shower in two days. I could not be happier, the fit and finish is outstanding. The two guys that made it happen were clearly experts, very respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Bath Planet!

Bath Planet gave us a fantastic experience having our new shower installed by Chip and his coworkers. We went from a bathtub/shower, to a standing shower with an affordable offer compared to other offers given through Menards. They were timely and prompt, kind and informative, and they did a phenomenal job with the plumbing AND included insulation which wasn't previously done. Highly recommend!

I have been in sales management for decades and consider myself a hard sell as I have high standards for people I do business with. I was so impressed with Justin I can't say enough about how professional he was. I was also just as impressed with Chip and Jared, the professionals who put in the shower. I have to say it's the best shower I have ever had. It's really more like a spa experience. I had been a little disappointed in the size of the shower head and had planned on swapping it out for a different one. I'm so glad I waited to try it first! That smallish shower head packs a punch and I love it! Thank you everyone who was involved with our bathroom project, I could not be more pleased.
