Bath Planet of Philadelphia

I’m pleased with my bathroom. I did have few issues such as leaking from the tub but they came out the same day and fixed the issue and repaired my living room wall. Also, the project took a few days longer than expected. Overall the experience was nice and company is very helpful.

Our bathroom was a complete disaster, as you can see, with a hole in the wall for over ten years. We are so pleased with this complete transformation. It’s great to have our extra shower and tub back thanks to this great company. The crew was friendly, professional and thorough. I recommend them and their work to anyone. Thank you, Bath Planet!!

My 1960’s bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover. Sales team came out to discuss budget, available options. Once I placed my order, and materials were ready, their team hit the ground running. Mike, DJ and Nick were amazing. Very professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. They use quality materials. They did quality work. I look for flaws and had very minor issues which they corrected immediately. If there were any issues with the scheduled times they were suppose to work, I was notified by Liz immediately. Its hard to believe it’s the same bathroom. I love it! Great job! Money well spent.

I was very happy and pleased that I contracted Bath Planet for our bath to shower conversion, new vanity and vinyl flooring installations. Liz, our point of contact, was always very nice and courteous. Eric (salesman) was like an old friend, very friendly and pleasant. Ken (installation manager) who got things happen and made sure that I had everything on my wish list checked off. Mike was stopping by often checking on the progress. Patrick and Vinny were just the best installers who did a wonderful job. GREAT JOB everyone! You were all SUPERB!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this company! I had a great amount of damage done to my master bath, foyer and living room from a water leak. Bath Planet of Philadelphia was able to come in and completely restore my home to better than it was before! Covid 19 caused a slight delay with my install date but thankfully my production coordinator Liz, had great communication and kept me well informed throughout. Mike and DJ were my bathroom installers and they were very professional and made sure they left the work site clean every day before they left. Jose is an absolute sheetrock beast! He was tasked with recreating the other half of my foyer archway that was torn down during the water mitigation process. He did an absolutely amazing job! Everyone that I encounter from this
